Treasury
v1 is usage-credit only. Rewards accumulate as credits that can be spent on future calls. No cash-out yet.
Rewards become usable after a 24-hour anti-abuse window. Referrals are 1-hop only, no MLM.
Self-referrals (same wallet, same cluster, same API key) are blocked at registration.
Audit
Ledger is append-only. Core fields are immutable. Status transitions from pending to a terminal state exactly once. All transitions enforced by SQL triggers (ledger_immutable, ledger_status_transitions, ledger_no_delete).
